Is the Buzz-On SPR Patent done?

It looks like Freshly dirty is making their own version of an spr for their new yoyos so I was just curious if the Buzzon patent ended?

I don’t think they are similar enough if they are then the cabal guts from one drop would infringe and do would the fluid kit from luftverk and even the kit yyf is teasing releasing.
