first i didnt know what to name this fourm. i have knoticed that some yoyos have circles around the bearing, what is that for?

if u can see there is little dots outside the silicon rings
Those are the marks left by the injection molding process. Is that a legacy?

That is a Legacy.
As previously stated they are just a byproduct of the injection molding machine. They have little to no effect on the yo-yo.
