what sort of pads should I put in this bad boy. Just got it bundled into a deal for nothing cause it doesn’t have any brake pads in it. Guy was more or less tossin it out, had to save it!
Most likely just your standard 19MM pads.
looks like it was a custom response size! best bet would be some sort of flowable silicone for response

You’re going to have to silicone that unless somebody has an ancient pair of pads laying around that they’d sell you secondhand.
They actually came with two pair. Just found them in the box 
Yeah, I was just wondering about after the fact. Are they no more in production?

This yoyo was released in 2011, so outside the pads you received, you gotta silicone yourself
