I am struggling to get string out of this.
can someone explain to me a way to get it out easy?

get one chunk of string and straighten it out, then pull on one string and hold the rest back. you’ll find a bit of resistance, but if you keep pulling, it should pop out of whatever is holding it, whether it be a rubber band or a knot or something

Try to separate the bunches so that they’re all laid out together in a bunch.
find the middle of the strings (approximate) then fold the entire bunch in half.
Pull a string from the folded part of the bunch. Not from the ends.

I always untwist the bundle laying it out straight. Then grab an end and pull it out.
