How do yoyo string companies operate?

I want to start my own yoyo string/yoyo equipment company to make some extra cash on the side, however I don’t know how they produce and sell the string where do they outsource it from? where do I get the other equipment to sell (Pads, Bearings, Axles) do I outsource it, or do I make it?
