Go to their profile page and click on Add to Buddy List on the top left.

Most people don’t mess with that because we’re all friends here but feel free to use that system if you want.
Also, no need to use lots and lots of question marks. It makes us less willing to answer because it’s annoying. 
Besides the horrible spelling, how does that have anything to do with this topic? Just curious…
