Now I’m kind of curious how far people can go currently… Haha. :blush:

  • Hook
  • Hook 1.5
  • Hook 2.0
  • Hook 3.0
  • Hook 4.0
  • Still working on Hook.

I think they mean regular trapeze, like a quadruple or nothing. right?

I only recently got the hang of doing the old 'ook so may take a while yet before I can do anything fancy

1.0 -> 2.5, plus a double 1.0 at the end.

I’ve hit 3.0 a couple of times but i still don’t have the technique down. Locking both your hands in a position and moving them in the same direction is super unintuitive and my brain always forgets how to do it properly lol.
