This came in a small lot that I bought to score a mint early run TK mandala. It looks ruff but is actually quite formidable. Anyone recognize this handy work?

This was a production Yoyo… impossible. I said it was formidable to not hurt the feelings of someone who did some lathe work. But if this was a production line throw, ouch
