National Yo-Yo Day is celebrated on June 6th to honor the yo-yo and the late Chicago businessman Donald F. Duncan, who is credited with making Americans interested in the toy. The day has been celebrated for over 30 years.

Happy yoyo day! For my first yoyo day I wanted some boutique yoyos from brands I dont own any of.
The Klondike looks great and I wanted at least 1 yoyo that that leaned to the comp side and had some power. It was a tough choice between some of the offerings from C3 and Yoyofriends. I got the Kamuraiju because I really wanted something with se to be honest lol. The Kamaraiju seems to be a popular choice and something different from what I already own. The outlier should be a great practice yoyo and Brandons videos have helped me along my journey so I wanted to give back to him specificly. The choices were very tough with all the amazing yoyos available right now. Cant tell you how excited I am to finally own some Clyw and Od yoyos after hearing so much about these brands.
Iv almost gone through my first box of Kitty xl so it was also time to try some other strings. I got some C3, Sochi, Slackies, and some offerings from String labs. Iv become well acquainted with kitty so Im looking forward to seeing what these other strings have to offer.
I’m seriously considering pulling the trigger on a one drop terrarian, but idk
