Yea, much easier than spraying. They can be finicky, but if you apply it right I think they add a bit more grit to the look than an amateur trying to spray paint. I would love to get a cheap airbrush and finally give it a shot though.

Loving these pics. Always was curious to try my hand at this but already have too many hobbies and not enough display room haha.
Finally found some time to complete my newest build, the Hyaku Shiki. I think this is the most stout build ive ever experienced so far. You could almost play with it. Also looks pretty cool without having to mod it. Here are a few pics:
