First Impression: This counterweight is beuty-ful. Gosh, Gizzyo. You are VERY good at carving wood, because the craftsmanship of this bad boy is incredible. Now onto the play. When I first played these, I found the counterweight to be rather light. The counterweight moved very very fast, and was pretty hard to control, but after a while, I got used to the weight, and the counterweight actually turned out to be very fun to play with.
Play: As I said before, these counterweights are rather light. The size of the counterweight is a little smaller than a standard Duncan Dice. When playing with the counterweight, I found that aerials with this thing were incredible. I don’t know why, but this counterweight excels at aerials. The counterweight did not play bad though. I just felt that the counterweight would really perform better if there was more weight. If you can, I would highly recommend putting two of these counterweights together. I have not been able to do so, as I only received one, but I feel that this counterweight would be better if doubled up.
Final Statement: Gizzyo, these counterweights are a very good first step. I am VERY impressed with how you managed to carve these counterweights by hand, and have them perform as they do. Incredible first start. I would highly recommend selling these counterweights in pairs, however. I feel the counterweight would play much more solid, and it would add some weight to it. I would highly recommend purchasing one of Gizzyo’s counterweight’s if you haven’t already. They are definitely a counterweight you don’t want to pass up on. Great work Gizzyo, can’t wait to see what comes next.
