That Grail looks like it has a powder coat, not a hardcoat.
It’s almost like a mix honestly. It was done by Wes so.
Hardcoat is applied by anodization and Wesley doesn’t do anodization. There are texture and non-textured powder coat, which it looks like the profile is textured and the cup is non-textured.
