Well can you do follow?

If so, you just do different things with your jade whip. One of may favorites is to follow, then hold the loop on my non-throwhand, then whip to a Brent Stole

Just do like a jade whip for practice, then when you are ready, just use your thumb to pinch the string and pull it to the left (if you’re right hand) release and repeat over and over.
