The Balloon from OP Yoyos. Originally I was torn about it because of its oversized specs, and overall shape but it has stood the test of time. Its not my favorite yoyo but its a kickass Flat rim yoyo and Jordan’s design skills speak for themselves.
To me, flat rims make a yoyo feel bigger than it is. Not a problem, just how they feel to me.

I’m a big fan of the OD Wyvern, I think makes good use of it’s 66.6 grams, stable and laid back.
Do people still say rims have to be over 4mm to count as flat? These are just right

Motion elevated is pretty cool, empathy southside, yyr bae, yyr od draupnir, yoyofriends nucleon, od rebirth/reboot are all great yoyos with flat rims
Man I’d go crazy if I got my hands on one of them SW Lemons 
Never noticed there’s a subtle flat rim.
I don’t think that ticks the flat box for me personally. Sometimes I need to feel like I’m holding 2 car wheels 
I’m loving the idea of a small bearing and them chunky rims.
Metal Harbinger has the smallest flat rims in my collection. Barely visible but you definitely feel it
