Whats the difference? I’ve used adjustable gaps yyj before but what are fixed gaps? (hitman pro?)
do shims still work?
sorry if this question sounds stupid but i cant find a difference between the two from the pics in the shop. so if anyone can point out the difference, i’d be great 
Shims still work. Fixed means the yoyo will just screw together without being able to alter the width. Adjustable has a different setup so you can widen or shorten the Gap to the style you play. There is not much of a difference, as the things that work with adjustable generally work with fixed as well. Shims are one. Adjustable gaps seem to be disappearing as YYJ came out with the Solid Spin Axle system
