You’re too kind samyoyos! My favorite these days is a pink Projam I modded - I just can’t get enough of it.
I have to say, though, that it’s been a blast getting to play yoyos I’ve made.
To the OP, It may be hard to get a consensus as to what a “all plastic yoyo” is considering that there are none to begin with. If we eliminate the axle and bearing then we could call a number of them all plastic. However many including myself consider most YYJ throws to be plastic with metal for added performance tweaks. All of the top throws discussed when someone first says plastic have some sort of additional metal in the design. Ok, there are a few that don’t. If we went back to the premise that the axle and bearing don’t count then a very few throws rise to the top. There are only a few, even though there are more than a few that are good. These few are the ones that get mentioned over and over as suggested first throws intermediate and advanced lower cost yoyos.
The best is up to you, I still like the ones that light up…maybe a starlight

None of your yoyos count, because the bearings are metal. If bearings are allowed then so are weight rings. NorthStar.
