Is there a way to fix the Flickr and Photobucket (which had seemed to be working again) photo embeds?
If not, what works now?

It actually does work if you post just the ‘link’ to the image. I fixed your post here by doing it. (So just simply post the link - nothing else required - it will pull the image in).

OK thanks, I’ll do that from now on. Not sure if I’ll ever get around to fixing the old ones…
One important note, for “magic” embeds, the link to the image must be on a line by itself.
So not like this → http://x.com/image.jpg
http://x.com/image.jpg ← and not like this either
http://x.com/image.jpg
↑ like that, on a line, all by itself
