Can anyone figure out what this is? All I know about it is it has a C size bearing, it’s standard size, the bearing needs a removal tool, and it has an 8 ball bearing. Thanks

It is a 2010 version of the ILYY Noctu.

NathanC is correct, it is not C-Sized bearing, it is a Metric KMK bearing, they are not interchangeable but look quite similar in size.
