I ordered some Chaos strings two and a half weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything from them, haven’t received anything, E-mailed them twice with no response. Is this normal? I’m getting a little impatient.
I ordered some August 4th and got them October 18th. So, I’d say they will come, but they will definitely take their time coming. If you need string, I’d recommend getting some highlights in the interim.

Well, I don’t NEED any right away. I have some 422 and 622(too thick), and I have some G-strings. I just ordered some of the types I haven’t tried so I can see what I like best. Then I wanted to put in a larger order. Guess I’ll have to be patient. Maybe I’ll just see if I can figure out how to make my own in the meantime, although I haven’t tried highlights yet.
