It seems to me that the yoyo wikia would be a good place for them, but it appears to only have individual releases and not all the colors.

It’s a good point and something I have thought a lot about. I do not think there is one solid resource right now though! There are a couple basic versions in existence on many different sites. Depending on the company and YoYo.
