Anyone here vegetarian/vegan?

Cows eat plants, I eat cows, plus a salad, I’m cowetarian!

In regards to quantity, a sixteen ouce t-bone steak contains about 5.5 days worth of protein for the average person. :stuck_out_tongue: People eat way to much meat!

Wow, I had no idea that a steak had that much protein in it.
People always tell me “HOW DO YOU GET PROTEIN?!?!?!1?!1!1”
There are lots of ways to get protein, the best is to mix black beans and rice to get a full protein that is the most nutritional. Just rice, or just beans doesn’t do the same thing as combining them. As for me though, I don’t care at all about my health as long as it doesn’t show.
