As far as I know, yes it is a Fly Blade.
These were manufactured by Aoda for the i-Play brand in South Africa. Sadly, the yoyo promotions haven’t taken off and i-Play will no longer be importing these.
Real pity - it was a great package - came with a free DVD with 40+ tricks. I can still get these if anyone is interested.
