I’m not “disappointed” but more in shock that the person that shipped to me, gifted me a dinged up YYJ bi-metal and some cheap plastics. Don’t get me wrong I’m pretty greatful but after seeing these $100+ gifts it kind of makes it seem unfair. I know I’m sounding EXTREMELY childish and greedy but the person was looking for SPYY, CLYW, C3 etc. and he gives MAYBE around $35 worth of stuff. And again, I know I sound like a huge jerk for writing this but I gave AT LEAST $70 worth of stuff, and getting one YYJ bimetal and a whip was a little bit upsetting, but on the bright side I. Got an Ooch card. (Woop woop) this is the second secret Santa where something like this has happened I guess I just have bad luck

That does seem unfair, but maybe that was the only things this guy had to offer. If I were the sender, I’d feel pretty horrible right now. You made someone happy, isn’t that the whole point here?
Keep in mind your not looking at this like a trade. It should have been more about making someone else happy. It does stink that you didn’t like your gift. But there was only a 35$ minimum. That could be something that needs updated as it seems most people sent much higher valued gifts.
