My fiancé tried to look this up to help you out. At 12:20am on Tuesday 11/24/2015 PST, it was 1:50pm on Tuesday 11/24/2015 in India. Therefore, she believes that India is 13 and a half hours ahead of PST. So, since the first release on Tuesday 11/24/2015 happens at 9am PST, that should be 10:30pm in India. She looked the time difference up on bing.com (search engine like google), so that is what she is going off of. Hope this helps a little bit.
