Hey gentry, I have been yoyoing for 2 years now and I am about to enter my first competition. Could you give me some advice, like what kind of trick to do in the prelim and finals and how to prepare physiologically? Thank you.

First of all, good luck in your first competition! Its very important to practice enough prior to the contest. Also, make sure the tricks you are doing are tricks that you can do consistently. Don’t pick a trick for your routine that you can only do 2 out of 10 times.
