The gold on the 720 looks like real gold in the pic but does it have that fake plastic gold look in person?

Real gold was kinda heavy, and that price thing.

Yes they have a very cheap gold look to them. Kinda like that gold coin money you might have gotten at the supermarket when young.

Does this weigh the same as other 720s? Can it be used to do halfswaps without issue?

The gold adds a little weight. I used silver samples at pnwr. For performance or contest use the extra weight was good for power and control but for practice Id stick to regular. I wouldn’t see this create any problem for half swaps.
