I am going to St. Petersburg 3 days later.I was going to ask that if you know any kind of stores nearby or if you know Russian yoyo websites.I am only going to stay there for 5 days so I have to get my hands on a new yoyo as fast as possible.

Nope sorry have you considered asking the st.Petersburg Yoyo club though they might know of a Yoyo store, but as most of the people on the forums live in Canada and the United states, we may now be much help.
