Hi,

I’m a 2nd year high school student, and I’ve gotten into CAD as part of my drafting and design course. I’m making a yoyo with Fusion 360 as part of my final project from wood, which I learned to use just this week.

Since I hadn’t planned anything for my summer yet (except maybe US Nats in July), I considered the possibility of creating a portfolio of designs and sending it to a company for an internship over the summer.

This has got me thinking, have any of you got experiences with anything of this sort?

I tried for years with pocket knife designs. But yo-yos? That’s something! I’d go for it.
