Circling back the long way to let folks know that these 5mm shelf pins that I sometimes use as axles fit perfectly in an mr85 to use them as a bearing tool.
Looking great buddy!!!
I had previously posted about my optunia flowering last year. I have been graced with optunia flowers once more!
Bonus shot with The Nosedive, my No Jive compatible yoyo for relevance.
Such a pretty flower!
I kill everything I try to grow…
This cactus just sits on my porch. I leave it out 100% of the time including in snow. I maybe water it 2-3 times a year. Some years I have forgotten and literally never watered it. It is just about unkillable unless I overwater.
That’s my kind of plant!
That NJC looks pretty sweet.
Thanks! I made a whole bunch of different No Jive guts yo-yos this weekend all 3 in 1.
Classic - Modeled after an original NJ
Yes Jive - my first NJ guts, spitfire inspired
A Little Jive, as a Treat - V gap inspired by Duncan aluminum imperial.
The Satelljive - the only no jive that is more fun in pagoda aka mating UFOs.
Pffft…HAHAHAHA!
taking a page out of @Captrogers book here
No bearing = Acceptable!
Got em
@here - I’d like to get the YYBC 2025 Commemorative Glass going, but we need a design! Show me what you’ve got, and we’ll vote to see which becomes the glass for the year!
Also, it’s about time we clean out some of the other YYBC products. The following products will be gone at the end of the week:
- 2024 Commemorative Glass
- Workhorse Sticker
- Workhorse Holo Sticker
- Workhorse Polo
- YYBC Logo Polo
That looks like a superb layout for a glass for sure. I feel like you may have some competition though. That is a solid design for a glass for real though.
Thanks, Steve—your compliments mean a lot to me.
And you’re very right! I think I have some competition ahead…
Also, I tried keeping the yo-yo simple, but I wanted it to resemble the Workhorse… it does an okay job at filling the Workhorse shaped hole in my heart.
Looking good! We’ve got our first entry!
Posting this here cause my post in the other thread was too saucy and had to go. Nothing special, Butterfly with brushed finish and 5/16 brass axle
I wasn’t super happy with the logo I made, so I changed the rhombus to a blue color…
An absolutely massive improvement.
