Hey there. I actually did make a smaller one a couple years ago. It was just solid wood including the tip though. I have some metal tips and may give it a go this summer.

Yoyoexpert has a few different strummol tops in stock. They dont get much better. Also @Neff makes the sweetle. This is a 3d printed top and probably my favorite. You can email him through his website and he makes them to order. It can take a couple of weeks but more than worth the wait. I can dm you his website if interested. Not sure if i can post here because of forum rules.
