I found a titanium Godspeed on fb BST for $80. This would be my first titanium and I was wondering if it’s worth it for this one. $80 seems like a steal but is this thing a piece of crap? lol
Has it been sparked and vibes? YYF was selling some during their annual aMayzing sale for $150, someone might have one of those and is trying for a quick sale. I’ll have to hunt down that listing.
edit, looks legit, an older listing, is it even still available? Seller looks to be dumping a lot of throws to get to Nationals. Metavity is a solid player and perfomance Ti. Again YYF has been selling these during aMayzing the last couple years for super cheap as well.
I’d risk it at 80, if there isn’t anything wrong with it and u don’t happen to like it, u can easily get ur funds back
My personal suggestion is try to find a TiVayder for $150 on BST, they made tons and they jam
I’ve messaged the dude and it’s still available
Since it’s not a lot more for something better I think I’ll just save up my money. Thanks for the advice guys!
To be fair the 150 was a regular Godspeed and a ti Godspeed so its value was more like 110 in that bundle and sadly yyf values are always lower than retail so 80 honestly isnt far from the mark.
I would ask for a video and more pictures but if it seems good go for it
I’m asking the seller some more questions about the condition and history of it… might just go for the bundle deal bc it would at least be a good investment for trades
I was one of those who got the bundle at the time specifically because I wanted a beater Ti I didn’t need to worry about, and the price was good, even if I didn’t care much about the mono.
The Ti actually isn’t too shabby of a player. It has a hint of organic feel to it, BUT it is a little more center weight oriented than I imagined, so you kind of have to watch the tilt as you’re playing. But for the purposes I wanted, as a utility throw, it’s great for carry because I can keep it in my pocket with keys, etc., loan it to kids to play with, smack it against everything, and spark the heck out of it without feeling too bad (it’s the first thing I did when I got it to go ahead and get it out of the way, haha). Wouldn’t be my go-to player, but glad I have it, it’s taken a beating and still plays well.
