I think it should be stikied because it will act as a guideline for newer players and it will always remind older players about what yoyoing really is. just my personal opinion. 
Problem is I’ve noticed that on most forums, people don’t read the stickies.
Yup.
I think an occasional bump would work better. (No I don’t mean every day, maybe every few weeks.)
These “rules” (I guess that’s an appropriate name) are awesome.
i wonder if andre could set a timer so that every so often this gets bumped up ???
