My final yoyo purchase for 2020 - the highly anticipated Edge Infinity (I’m a fan of the bimetal Edge throws) and “66nir”…if there’s been anything good out of 2020, it’s been obtaining some fun yoyos over the year, some older stuff, some new stuff.

I said publicly that I was not going to purchase any more yoyos in 2020 but as soon as I saw Dylan’s review of this I changed my mind and gave myself a Christmas present which I opened early. I don’t regret it. It’s my favorite Magicyoyo and feels / plays beautifully. Full disclosure: I also ordered the new YYF American which judging by the USPS tracking it will be a Valentine’s Day present to myself.

I got 4 packets of type 10 cotton and a blackout Recess Komodo.
Just one of those super dependable monometals ya know? It does everything very well and is fairly unnoteworthy. The best kind of yoyo in my opinion. It’s on the heavier end and mid size. Has a good feel. Nice!

I got this, I don’t know if the seller is on the forum but it was packed like he was sending a Fabergé egg. Kudos for that.
I bought it for my other half for Christmas. She’s still binding and trapeze’ing. Then I thought she is not as nutty about yoyos as me, so bought her another gift and I was going to gift it to me
But when I opened to check it out. It was assimilated by her good self😔
Edit: I have just dusted my stand, man these phone cameras hide nothing these days

Got my new eh and I’m really enjoying it. Didn’t realize it was basically an art orphan until I got it. Also they have the same weight, same diameter and the eh is just slightly wider.

The PockeHt seems to have more of a taper of the inner walls while the orphan has pretty high walls.

And that’s a very DARK green. Almost looks black.
