it’s the widest throw I own but it still feels really good in the hand. throws well and is smooth. i wasn’t a big fan of the string it came with, felt like yarn. thick and springy. that broke in a bit and was better but I ended up swapping it with Fat Kitty string which I like better.
Some guy named Mark just let me try his Umbra and I can tell you that the wideness (is that a word?) really does not stand out. It played great and felt great in the hand. It will take some getting accustomed to, but it is very smooth and seriously a great yoyo.
The Death Adder is fantastic. It seems like I have a very black/white love/hate relationship with hard V throws… I can’t articulate why. What I can say is I love this one.
