What did you get in the mail, 2025?

Check out The Donut Chef, it’s by the same author… I wore out 2 copies of it when my kids were younger…

I appreciate the recommendation! I definitely plan on getting more books by Bob Staake; good stuff :+1:

His books were very popular with my kids, be sure to check out Don’t Squish the Sasquath, Bugs Galore, Cars Galore and My Pet Book… all instant classics!

One Drop stuff. The Proto Z and Markmont and engraved SE’s. Next to a VTWO for comparison

Two mail days in one picture:

-G2 Slate v2 Prototype
-G2 Toxic Bubblegum Nessie 24 (probably my favorite colorway that this throw has been released in. Never thought I’d track one of these down!)
-Pair of G2 Electric Lagoon Banshee T52s
-Engraved One Drop SEs

Got my Amaryllis from Hydrangea today. Probably my favorite modern release they’ve done!

But why do you need two?!?! :sob::sob::sob:

The pair came as part of a trade. One is mint with all the extras and the other is a glitch (either for ano, though I don’t really see anything there, or for some marks on the rims) that came as just the throw. Most likely the glitch will end up on the BST.

Very powerful and quick. Initially the bearing was stiff but thankfully it loosened up. Nimble, stable and I can move it around well. Rims angle slightly up and if I catch it a certain way it’s not enjoyable. Easy to work around that. Has a different feel when playing that I can’t compare to anything I’ve played. Pretty much a performance beast that can do long combos easily. Approximately 6 hours so far with it and I’m really starting to jell with it.

Oh joyous day!

2+ years of prototyping/testing followed by 9 months of manufacturing have lead us to this!!!

I still need a few more weeks with these little babies before they’re ready to hatch into the world, but they’re coming sooooooooon!!!

Happy birthday to me,

I’m a hundred and three,

I got me some new throws,

And got whacked in the knee!

Rainer, Plastic Peak, and a Beater that lives up to its name (in every sense of the word) from @aglovail and a Turntable 2 from @Sergio, which has been in my wishlist for a long while! Thanks so much for the business you two, I love them all!

I think I recognize that Beater, I have thought about it from time to time lol. The lore is that it was dog-walked on the sidewalk a few times, if it is the one that @OhDavidBowie had listed like a year ago lol. It was almost my first CLYW if that’s the one!

Also, happy birthday, dude!!!
