Got these in from a purchase/trade with @Adrielecc who threw in amazing extras! So stoked to play with these, and my collection of No Jive’s featuring the area where I grew up is now complete.

Today I was able to pick up my package from @Ardeus and I have to say it was an awesome experience unpacking it. First of all it was packaged incredibly well and it was obvious that Ardeus had a nice unboxing experience in mind when packing everything up…

The throws themselves are absolute masterpieces…

I picked up a Skip, a Stroller, a Stompling and a Stomp and each one of them feels solid and unique in feel and play with distinct play characteristics. I don’t even know which one I like the most because they all play so great with a reliable and predictable response. STM’ing, stalling, string tricks, all feel easy and nice and do flow right of ones hands. It’s clear to me that a lot of thought went into designing them.
Ardeus even threw in a Dumpling Proto which I’m greatful for and I really do enjoy that one too…and it looks so slick as well.
All in all I couldn’t be happier with my order and those Fixies really live up to their great reputation and the love they’re getting.

Stunning work @Ardeus and thank you very much for making these great pieces available for the community (for an incredibly fair price I might add)!

Keep up the great work. I’m really looking forward to what comes next out of your mind and printer.

Good Yo!

Is the top left the Skip? I like the look of the profile.

Do you have a favorite of the lot? I really like the Stroller.

The top left (the white one) is the Dumpling Prototype Ardeus included with my order. The Skip (formerly Strider) is the one in the middle of the first two pictures of the throws. It’s the most narrow one.
Here’s the link to Ardeus’ BST where the Specs for each throw are listed…

I only have them since today and although I played them thoroughly throughout the day I honestly can’t say it for sure yet. I’m pretty much overwhelmed by all the goodness. But if I had to choose right now I think I’d lean towards the Skip. I like the narrow profile and the weight and balance just clicked with me instantly judging from the first couple of throws.

Cheers! I’m glad they arrived safe.
Thanks for sharing the unboxing experience, and for the kind words. I appreciate it! So happy that you like them! :yoyo:

Got this general-yo mini star 2 in the post yesterday before heading off to the airport for a holiday, had a quick play with it and then packed it in the bag. It’s a really nice throw, I slightly regret not getting the pink one though.

I got fortunate and was able to pick this little gem up. It will be a user and needs a good bit of love (and parts) to bring it back but will be a fun project.

(Plus I needed the case as a template for perhaps making a few new leather cases).
