Honestly, I’m lukewarm to it. Going to give it more time to get to know it
Edit to add: I’ve been playing with my Rainiers a lot lately, which have this comfy balance of slow play and dainty touch to me. Where they shine is that I can hammer them and really get some good speed when I want it
The Ease feels like they copied One Drops homework, but changed a little, most notably the weight, and this thing is sluggish, even pushed I can’t get it up to a speed I like, and I’m a very slow player.
Where it may shine is learning new tricks, because it literally hangs in the air, so going slow through new motions really lets it shine.
This part is just picky, but I immediately found myself wishing it was D bearing. Combined with the weight this thing would have downright legendary spin time
Like I said, I’m happy to keep trying it, but initial impression is lackluster.
Edit to add, I have spent some time with it, it is quite bland, but solid, floaty, and lazily laid back. Good in its own right. Perfect if you need someting that just lets you relax. Embrace its sluggish nature and long spin times.
It is also very stable and plays well withta sloppier play style

Been wondering about the Monotone. I’ve been looking into the newer ones. You got the ‘22 model. It’s heavier than the newer ones by 1.2g. How does it feel on the string?

The Nuclear Honeycomb is so cool, my son and I were STOKED that its glow in the dark! He made me charge it up and take it to his room with the lights off and do tricks for him 
I’ll get better shots after work, but I was so surprised I had to share!

Wasn’t able to post these up or play with them right away because my life devolved into chaos for a bit there lol but I got this trio of amazingly up crafted throws from @pyrotechnic
There is a b bearing responsive, a bearing semi responsive, and d bearing unresponsive. It’s really cool seeing how each looks identical from the outside but all three play wildly different and really good in their own unique ways. My favorite is the b bearing version which is light and easy and plays great for 0a, but i also favor 0a anyway so i am biased haha.

Enough to have noticed it and got me to look up the specs again to confirm the weight 
definitely a slight heft on the string! I’d say there’s still an element of floatiness with the Monotone

Yesterday’s mail day: G2 D-bearing Hawk “Crimson Glacier”
This thing is zippy! Also surprisingly powerful for it’s size/shape; those beefy rims. Really digging initial impressions, really cool D-bearing.

That’s why I liked it so much! I do love a d bearing. I just got mine in, it’s fun and fast.
Also received a 4 pack of BC fixies from @kretzschmar ! The rainbow is my favorite, plays crazy good and looks cool as heck.
