Legendary Tarrerian v2
Sugar Glider
This thing is magical and I haven’t put it down since I recieved it. TiVayder = LEGEND
Probably the funnest yoyo I have played. I <3 TiVayder. You guys really hit the nail on the head @HVizier and @codinghorror
Also @MarkD, : D
How does the canvas compare to the Grail.
Grail plays lighter, faster, and touchier than the Canvas.
Canvas is more rim weighted and solid, a bit more stable.
I honestly can’t decide which I like more, and I’ve thought over it quite a bit because the Canvas was my favorite before getting the Grail, but now I can’t decide.
The feeling of the Grail is more unique overall I’d say.
I love my Grail. I had a creep and I figure a canvas would play similar to it. They seem to have similar rims. I will have to get one someday. Also would like to see it compared to a diptych.
I reallyyyy wanna see it compared to a diptych.
How’s the creep? I’ve seen them go for pretty high on the bst. Another organic?
It is a great I never picked it up over my Grail or life. It is almost identical in specs to those but felt like a more generic life to me. It also had a tight bearing seat which bothered me because I take apart yoyos often. I can feel the difference the Chinese made I swear. It’s a wonderful throw but just wasn’t up to par and I only keep a single case of yoyos.
I grabbed mine this morning. The Diptych (solid gold) has a small amount of rim weight removed compared to the Canvas, lighter too. It’s noticeable if you decide to get into the weeds and look for differences. They play very similarly and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
The Grail is a personal favourite from A-RT, alongside the Quail.
Good to know @smileypants707 has been kinda obsessed with these
Obsessed is a strong word, Diptych is on my “I’d like to own one but probably never will and I’m okay with that” list.
Canvas is awesome though. I really like mine a lot.
This must be what it feels like to get hooked on hard drugs. I have been working diligently to hone my collection down to yoyos that I actually enjoy using, but ever since I received this TiVayder, everything else just feels meh.
@codinghorror, what did you do to me?!?
Ask @HVizier not me! And about 40% of that question should be directed to the machine shop he used back in the day!
I mean what on earth were those people thinking when they said the TiWalker was the finest yoyo they’d ever thrown??? Maybe just trying to increase its value?
Honestly, yes. I thought the hype was a little over inflated, but this thing is downright phenomenal.
The way it plays, the way it responds, the look of it, the feeling the hand, the size, it’s like a solid 10.
