I used 1000 to take the color off and then a red scotch brite pad to give it the brushed look.

Weird one today - had an old TMBR Irving with no axle sleeve, and the guts out of a broken Superyo Renegade. The spacers fit perfectly in the axle hole, just needed pushing to get them flush - pad on one side and you wouldn’t believe how playable this thing is.

I’ve been throwing unresponsive for almost 10 years and I still can’t snap start a yoyo. It’s a rarity anymore to have to but I still hand wind it.
