I was just thinking, for a bunch of the people joining Ed in his dEhcade journey next year, the “what are you throwing 2022?” Thread could be a case study in how the yoyo changes from interacting with the yoyoer

It’s only been 2 months of throwing this fixie, but it’s already been neat to see how much the color has shifted just from playing it. The rims are so much darker than the face of the yoyo, they’re starting to get more brownish than just purple. Being able to see scuffs you pick up along the way is also a cool part of the story. I’m very interested in seeing the wood that gets carried around daily for the next year.

I didn’t get one from the drop as I was a bit sceptical and I wasn’t a big fan of the original confusion, but I got this in a trade.
I reeeeeally like it, the shape, size and weight work well for me. I might even prefer it to the Daytona SB.
