My Magnum is nickel plated. I think there all plated. It’s one of my favorite throws. I’ll be buried with it.

I’m loving the FH1AL so far, even without the freehand part. This is just a fantastic yoyo. Just ordered a small bearing version from YYE because I am loving this thing so much. The response is perfect for my style. And it’s super comfy. Makes great noises too, different than any of my other throws.
Who would have thunk Duncan can make a great yoyo?

Kind of a half joke because I think we all get caught up in the many many beautiful yoyo choices we have that sometimes we can forget about the classics. Don’t sleep on Duncan, they know how to make a yoyo

I bought it used on impulse because I loved the ano. I despised it for the first hour but by the end of the evening I was in love with it. It just took finding the right string and string length. It’s my second most unique throw right along with the Fat Tire. The Silhouette like the Fat Tire has a bizarre shape / feel that is very, very untraditional and while they demand a little more from me, the little bit of more focus they require from me is not enough that it makes me not want to pick them up like some other yoyos I have. I guess it’s a sign that I am tired of getting yoyos that look and feel similar. I wonder what would fit nicely next to the Silouette and Fat Tire?

Yeah they say it’s “silver with black caps” but it’s definitely more like gunmetal with black caps to me. Had to buy the matching counterweight on YYE of course.
