Yooo… that engraving is DOPE
I’ll tell you. The entire throw is amazing. YjYoyo make some sick throws and not enough people are talking about them.
That’s how I feel about the Free Solo!
Centrifugal from @JEA86 on this rainy day
Stringed up with more customs from the homie and running a Mazal Top hybrid
I recently got into throwing and I’ve got a Magicyoyo v3 and Magicyoyo k2 Crystal. Looking to snag a few nicer throws over the holiday, with the Aventus, Iceberg, and Snowberry at the top of my list.
I totally agree. The YJYOYO Galaxy Time is my favorite bi-metal of the year. It is simply incredible.
Somewhere available?
Nope. I’ve had this one since the drop. She’s beat but still runs hot. This was a gift from my wife that year. I miss Elizabeth Spain from the nation forums, she was always a voice of reason when crap got too angry. Also people would listen to her very much like people listen to Kinopah today. She became a bespoke tailor I believe. The Lilith was her masters project for school, she printed all the silk bags that originally came with the Lilith and there were three different prints of bags. Anyway buy one if you can find one.

Just realized that @sakatuca has a YYE trading card, so cool. Diorama
In my opinion, you made something really special with the Uppercut. My daughter got the knockout series mystery box with an Uppercut and KO when they came out, and when I first threw her Uppercut something really clicked for me. Even though I knew it was a good yoyo, I refrained from getting one of my own because I could always “borrow” hers. But eventually my strings got longer and longer, and soon her strings were too short for me so I wasn’t able to throw her Uppercut comfortably anymore. I finally bit the bullet and got a black one for myself, since I had recently discovered that I love black yoyos (especially after realizing how well they pair with different colors of string). Now that I had my own Uppercut, I threw it every day and it was in my daily rotation for what seemed like forever. It still holds a coveted spot today in the wooden box that holds my favorite throws. One of the things that I like about it is how fast it can go. Sure, I can still use it during mindless throwing sessions while I’m watching TV, but it likes to whisper to me to step on the gas and see how fast we can go!
I eventually ended up getting four of them, just so that I could have one upstairs, downstairs, at the office, and an extra one (just in case). The black colorway is still my favorite, but the red/silver/black colorway that you’re holding is nice too, and I like it because it reminds me of Van Halen and Eddie’s Frankenstrat. Unfortunately, the blue with gold splash colorway sold out before I could grab one of those, but I’m hoping that one day my daughter will gift me hers It’s a really nice looking throw, and I love the way the colors blend when it’s spinning. Thanks again for making such a special yoyo, Eric!
Thank you so much for the support - everyone that has picked one up has been beyond impressed. The private messages I have gotten have been overwhelming. Good to see someone actually speaking about our yo-yos
