Permissions.
Copyright isn’t the issue. I like ensuring I have written permission so someone knows what I’m doing and isn’t gonna hassle me, call the cops, clobber me, sue me or pound me into goo.
They may even give you some space to work with. But i think throwing in aisles of a store isn’t a wise choice of locations.
