I did a wrist mount and dismount. I never really saw the need to learn it, so i just did anyway. Spirit bomb is way out of my league, so i was gunna just learn it when i need it. I accidently got into the mount amd thought “i better learn how to dismount” so yeah.

Three different Green triangles. One from a wrist mount. Then a wrist whip. Lastly, something like the first one you learn but different.
Learned 6 green triangles. That was like a week ago, though.
I can’t really say I FINALLY landed it, because I just started really trying it today, but I landed a behind the back suicide! (As in, land a normal trapeze, throw up a suicide loop, and catch behind the back.)
