Finally landed black hops I could do the first half of the trick with my eyes closed but hopping back into the triple or nothing gave me so much trouble but I finally got it. Nothing feels better then learning a new trick.
Invented my first combo. Now i need to make it longer…
takashi boing
double suicide
I got ninja vanish, tower to ping pong, and I got the hook within 10 minutes haha
Well aren’t you just the bee’s knees
Finally got finger grind to ninja vanish YAY!
Revere Trapeze Whip!
I did a weird ninja vanish that landed me into a Double Green Triangle
I’ve done a bunch of those. I only wish I could do them on purpose.
Yea, me too… Im not sure how it happens and i dont know how to dismount from it :
Finally landed a Brent stole a few times, I need to get it consistent though
Couple new binds, thanks to HSYY: Guy Wright Bind (I thought I had learned this, but it turns out I had been doing suicide binds!) and “Modified Back Spin” which reminds me of sky bind without the risk of string burn.
I found these surprisingly tough to get my head around! But was pretty thrilled when I started landing. My Guy Wright is decidedly un-Guy-Wright right now (he’s smooth as glass, I’m much less so!) but it’s at a point where I’m refining it now.
i just finished pac-man, ping-pong, and canadian bacon. and i finally landed the slack trapezewhich i could never hit for some reason.
ripcord… with the speedmaker … i can do it with my magic t6 and the psg but not the speedmaker >:(
how the heck did Mickey control this thing it makes everything a teeny bit more difficult. but i think i’ll be a better player in the end because I have to use better technique.
Grandma kimmitt sandwich! Finally, after many weeks of off and on practice.
Who has two thumbs and can do Magic Drop? This guy! (It actually came surprisingly easy once I realized that I was holding the string on my throw hand fingers wrong.)
Cold Fusion, sort of. I am doing tougher tricks already (Spirit Bomb, for example) but I just can’t seem to smooth out that fast underpass section near the beginning.
Also, for anyone who cares: do you start in D-o-N like Andre’s (and others’) tutorials, or do you start trapeze and do that “spread the loop apart, go around the NTH into D-o-N” start? Which is more canonical? Does it matter?
But yeah: Cold Fusion!
I think it is easier to start in Trap… For a trick ladder in a comp though you need to start in D o N… I always start it in trap then hop over to D o N. I just think it looks cooler for some reason!!! I LOVE Cold Fusion… It is by far my fav trick… hehe
I always start in a double-or-nothing, because that’s the way it was done in the videos I watched. That said, my Cold Fusion is far from smooth, and it might look a little cleaner if I started with a trapeze.
