Nothing exciting in general. Smoothing out The Matrix, but landed plastic whip. I figured that was gonna be a killer for me, but I nailed it. I’ve done it at least 50 times tonight. I’m not nailing it every single time, but that’s what practice is for.
Special thanks to VegaBomb for some hand placement/movement tips he PM’ed me a couple of nights ago, Andre and YYE of course for the Expert Village video that is used her for tutorials and The Master of YoYo for his video. I wasn’t planning on actually getting this trick nailed today. I had only casually worked on it the past few days with no success. Tonight, I got bored and needed something new and different.
It’s especially awesome to do a one-handed bind. Nice to have get some more variety.
Still have to work on The Matrix and Plastic Whip, but those are two I can do now.
nice studio! have you tried cold fusion? That’s another trick you can do from double-or-nothing.

I watched the video. I don’t think I’m ready yet, but it seems do-able with practice. I’m just moving slowly through the YYE trick list. Also, a kid asked me yesterday if I could do Cold Fusion and I said “I’ve heard of it, but I don’t know it”.
I theoretically should have loads of practice time this weekend. I look forward to whatever modest progress I can make. Rewind looks fun!
I was watching some videos for fun yesterday, one was suicide, i thouhgt was pretty cool… Then today i was in a green triangle and decided to see if I could do a suicide from it. I landed it

Plastic whip can also be used for 1 handed binds.
I landed a perfect Spirit Bomb tonight for the first time! (perfect meaning, smooth and also correct dismount) I landed it another 3 or 4 times a little bit later. The only thing I’m having trouble getting consistent now is the dismount, but I’m working on it 
Work on getting into and out of a wrist mount as part of a combo. Once you get the mount and dismount, try throwing in the middle part of the trick. This should help you incorporate Spirit Bomb into combos – including a clean dismount.

I skipped McBride Roller Coaster and came back to it today and it was pretty simple
try getting back to back beestings smoothly then try adding an element to the end of it
