Today I actually stared it down, grabbed a yoyo, and did it on my first try.
Now kids! A lesson! Always pay CLOSE attention to the video to get it right and not have to wait 3 moths glancing at the screen.

I think it’s fair to say that it was implied. This thread was made long before most of the kendama kids flooded in. It’s also in the “yoyo tricks” section.
Honestly it doesn’t bother me though. Just trying to be a little humorous.
