yes i have fake ones (gotta keep the community informed on what the fakes are!)
no you should not make more summits (summit 2 or other new pls)
how to tell them apart is the engraving on the fakes looks almost too good to be true
they also tend to have more hub damage due to tolerance issues

the fake seven summits are laughably bad though, anyone would instantly be able to tell even without a real one to compare to, as @yoyospirit said the finish is off completely on those and the anodization is just low quality (the fake one I have is raw so can’t really help here)
