Ive had folks reach out to me a year later. Its only mildly annoying if its marked as sold.
I recently reached out to someone whose post was from 8 months ago and bought the throw!

Same, I’ve totally reached out before if it’s been closed, but just because of inactivity, not if it’s been marked as sold or the person asked to close the thread. People have generally been really nice about letting me know if they didn’t have the throw anymore, and I have actually gotten a couple of things I was looking for that way as well.
