It’s real ice cream**, it’s the caramel on the label that is missing in action. The product in the carton doesn’t match the label by any stretch of the imagination..
**The ingredients on the label confirm that (in theory), compared to one popular national brand that says “frozen desert” in fine print, with no mention of any dairy product in the ingredients.
